With this membership you will have access to all my classes to do when and where you choose to practice. There will be new classes every week and you will have access to your old favourites always! I love the freedom of online yoga classes to practice in the comfort of my own home or outside or on holiday. Each week will include new movement, new breath practices, new philosophy and my own learning and journey. My yoga journey started with a youtube class on my parents livingroom floor in 2014 and I am forever grateful for that online class. I hope you will join me on this path of practice, see you on the mat!
